Brunch in Balangan, Bukit
Sunday hours on any day of the week: a cold glass of cava, plates landing in the middle of the table for everyone to reach, and nowhere else to be. A wood-fire Mediterranean kitchen in Balangan, Bukit, twelve minutes from Padang Padang, with the breeze coming through the terrace and the ocean somewhere past the rooftops. Come as four, come as eight. Nobody will move you along.
Brunch 10:00–14:00 · the full menu opens at 12:00

Prosecco, cava, and a spritz that takes its time
Prosecco from Italy, cava from Spain, an Aperol spritz, an Old Cuban, a gin basil smash. Or an espresso martini, if the morning is going that way.
Everything to share
Babaganoush and hummus with warm flatbread, stracciatella under smoked fig, beef tartare with miso parmesan mousse, tuna tataki in lacto tomato water, masala falafel in crispy buckwheat, charcoal potatoes with ricotta and salted sardine.
And breakfast, if you want it
The breakfast menu runs until two, so half the table can be on shakshuka and avo toast while the other half is on tartare and prosecco.

Before you come up
Is there a separate brunch menu?
No, and that is on purpose. Brunch here is the breakfast menu, the sharing plates and the bar at the same table, so you order across all three.
Can we come as a big group?
Yes. A table here takes eight comfortably; call ahead for more and they will put the room together for you.
What time is brunch?
From ten in the morning until two in the afternoon. The breakfast menu is open the whole time, and from twelve the full menu comes with it, so from noon you can order across everything at one table. On Mondays the kitchen closes at four.
